BE Shake
There are two great alternatives to soy milk that I discovered on my recent visit to Wholefoods. Almond and Hazelnut milk, both taste delicious and I was pleasantly surprised of the quality, taste, and nutritional content - there were not super sweet and for sure not loaded with fat. They are wonderful as a refreshing drink on its own or as a base for your shake.
BE Shake I (BE = Beauty+ Energy Shake)
1 1/2 cup hazelnut milk or almond milk
1 banana
1/3 cup fresh blueberries and 1/3 cup of frozen berries
1 scoop of Miracle Reds
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
1 tbs flax seed
1 tbs chia godess seeds
BE ShakeII (BE = Beauty+ Energy)
1 cup soy/hazelnut milk or almond milk
1 banana
1 cup of fresh watermelon
½ cup of blueberries
½ cup of raspberries
½ cup blackberries
1 scoop of Miracle Reds
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
1 table spoon of flax seed
This delicious shake is loaded with antioxidants, goodness of vitamins and minerals, omega 3 oils and plenty of love to keep us beautiful, young and healthy forever.
