Yes you can! I found the best deal at Forever 21. It is very hard to believe that for $12.50 you can get the skinny look that turns heads. Trust me - it is true! I got these jeans in two different colors - dark blue and black, and each time I wear them I get plenty of compliments. The cigarette cut, skinny jeans are super fitted and super comfortable and perfectly showcase the butt and waist, and because of thier light weight, these are perfect for spring.
