There is one essential element for ultimate motivation during the workout...it is the power of music. Just think how much the music can influence your mood, and how it helps you to gain the energy to move faster or jump higher. With music come memories, inspiration and ultimate workout motivation. I use it as a powerful tool to coordinate my movements and smoothly transition from one exercise to another.It helps me to bring the group together and have fun while exercising.
