New Year - New Resolutions

The 2009 is just around the corner tip toeing towards the beginning of the change. The change that must bring us more happiness, health and joy, pleasure and improve our social, economical and environmental situation.

In 2009 we will become better people, more loving, more understanding and more open towards life and the world we live in.

In 2009 we will get rid off our bad habits, we will throw away junk food from cabinets and fridge, we will quit smoking, coffee and filled with saturated fat muffins. We will eat well and drink plenty of water.

Yes...say yes to all your goals and all your changes for 2009. Believe in yourself, in your inner strength. Become more in touch with your own body. Start concentrating on people that are important in your life, and stop wasting your energy on those who don't care about you. Be yourself. Feel and look fabulous.

There is one more resolution. Move more. Exercising in any form is the best diet for your mind and your body. Nothing substitute movement.

Make your resolutions to be the beginning of the new 2009, and not a note on your pad.
