Tropical Smoothie

Fast to make, easy to drink and digest...this tropical mix of mango and pineapple makes a delicious start of the day...healthy, creamy, and loaded with nutrition this smoothie is a perfect combination for healthy breakfast on the go or as a snack.

1 cup of coconut milk/alternative coconut water
1 large ripe mango
1 cup of pineapple
1 large banana
1 cup of frozen apricots/or mango instead of ice cubes to add the coolness
1 plain yogurt of your choice - best soy or unsweetened cow's milk.

Blend it all...and enjoy every sip!
