Vegan Delicious - STOGO
On my walk through the East Village, I walked in a small ice cream place called Stogo. Stogo is a paradise for vegans and the lactose intolerant. It offers many delicious dairy free desserts and ice creams.
I sampled many great flavours, but I decided to indulge myself with Vanilla Bean, Pomegranate Chocolate Chip and the last, but certainly the best - Salted Toffee Pecan...the pleasure of each spoonful was simply irresistible. I certainly had a sugar and fat overdose that day and in the afternoon I completed a few miles running to kill the guilt.
I revisited the place few days later with my two year old daughter who loves ice cream and knows her flavours. We tried chocolate with hazelnuts, coconut mango banana and mix berries...and once again there was no disappointment. We also met the owner who definitely has plenty of passion for his creations.
