"Sylwia, do you know of anyone who is selling good quality wheelchairs? Because I know I'm going to need one tomorrow, after doing your Mat workout this morning--my legs are fried! Yowsa, it just didn't let up! I made the mistake of adding 5 lb ankle weights at the beginning, thinking I was going to be a tough girl -- I quickly went down to 3 lbs, and even then could barely finish the routine. It's an awesome, awesome workout, and I can't wait to try the others!"
